DemoHub Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the use of ArchitectNow DemoHub at demohub.architectnow.net (“DemoHub”), operated by ArchitectNow, LLC (“ArchitectNow”, “we”, “us”). By signing in to DemoHub, or by opting in to its voice and text-message demonstrations, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

1. What DemoHub is

DemoHub is a private demonstration portal. ArchitectNow employees use it to prepare and present practical artificial-intelligence use cases to clients and prospective clients. It offers no public accounts, no self-service sign-up and no services to the public. Demonstrations can only be scheduled through ArchitectNow’s sales team at sales@architectnow.net.

2. Who may use it

• Access is limited to authorized ArchitectNow employees who sign in with their ArchitectNow work account through Microsoft Entra ID.
• You are responsible for keeping your work account secure and for everything done under it in DemoHub.
• Use DemoHub only for ArchitectNow business purposes and in line with ArchitectNow’s employee policies.
• Use sample, fictional or ArchitectNow-owned content in demonstrations unless ArchitectNow has authorized otherwise, and never content you have no right to use.

3. Demonstration content

Text, summaries, extracted values and other output produced by AI models during a demonstration are illustrative only. They are not professional, medical, financial or legal advice and must not be relied on as such. ArchitectNow may change, suspend or remove any demonstration at any time.

4. Voice and text-message demonstrations

Some DemoHub demonstrations place automated voice calls and send SMS text messages so an audience can experience a conversational AI agent over the phone. These terms apply to that program (the “messaging program”):

• Who receives calls and texts. Only ArchitectNow employees who have opted in and appear on DemoHub’s approved demo contact list. The agent cannot call or text any other number. Clients, prospects and members of the public are never called or messaged.
• What is sent. Automated calls and text messages that play out the demonstration scenario an ArchitectNow employee is presenting, for example a fictional appointment check-in. Messages are sent only while that employee is running a demonstration.
• Frequency. Message frequency varies with how often demonstrations are given. One demonstration conversation is a handful of messages.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply. ArchitectNow does not charge for the program.
• Opting out. Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts from that number. You can also ask any DemoHub administrator to remove you from the approved contact list, which stops both calls and texts. The SMS and voice consent page describes both routes.
• Help. Reply HELP to any text message, email info@architectnow.net or call (800) 362-3919.
• Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy. How we handle your name and mobile number is described in the SMS section of our privacy policy. Mobile information collected for the program is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to gain access you have not been granted, interfere with the service, probe or test its security without authorization, use it to send unsolicited calls or messages, or use it in any way that breaks the law or ArchitectNow’s policies. ArchitectNow may suspend access at any time.

6. Intellectual property

DemoHub, its demonstrations, designs, prompts and content are owned by ArchitectNow, LLC or its licensors. These terms grant no right to copy, distribute or reuse them outside ArchitectNow business.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

DemoHub is provided “as is” for demonstration purposes, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArchitectNow is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of DemoHub or the messaging program.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will change the effective date above when we do. Continued use of DemoHub after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
